Assessment & Treatment at Blue Sparrow

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives, particularly when life gets stressful or overwhelming. Blue Sparrow can help you develop strategies for managing your symptoms, regaining control, and experiencing joy.

Loss & Trauma

Significant change, loss, or trauma can cause a wide range of reactions in children, adolescents, and adults. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are just a few emotions that can linger following a significant loss or trauma. Blue Sparrow can help you manage these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Evaluations for Immigration Purposes

We are trained evaluators with extensive experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations documenting the impact of trauma on refugees seeking political asylum and other forms of immigration relief. We are able to accommodate most spoken languages, by teaming up with experienced interpreters.
